Return:
No claims for used items. Defective items are subject to exchange within 14 days upon receipt. Please report the defective case to us with photos and description by email. Returned item must be kept in the ORIGINAL PACKING, UNDAMAGED and UN-USED condition.
Authorization from FancyDollLand is a MUST before returning the defective item. We will not bear any shipping cost and responsibility to hold and handle any items returned to us without our prior authorization
