Refund policy

By placing an order through FancyDollland you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to all countries.

A. 7-DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy, applicable to all non-custom products, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be aware that returns are not accepted for specially customized items, including BJDs, custom Blythe dolls, and specific custom-sized clothing. Upon receiving your order, please record an unboxing video. If the video shows any cracks, scratches, structural damage, or other issues with the doll's head, please contact our after-sales support at fancydolland@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

B. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at fancydollland@gmail.com or call us at +8613824399083. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

D. EXCHANGES

E. RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

F. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
