2. Order handling time is 1 - 2 business day (Monday to Friday).

3. Generally, for items in stock, shipping takes 5-10 business days. For pre-sale items, it usually takes 10-15 business days. Please refer to the page for specific processing times.

Return:

No claims for used items. Defective items are subject to exchange within 14 days upon receipt. Please report the defective case to us with photos and description by email. Returned item must be kept in the ORIGINAL PACKING, UNDAMAGED and UN-USED condition.

Authorization from FancyDollLand is a MUST before returning the defective item. We will not bear any shipping cost and responsibility to hold and handle any items returned to us without our prior authorization

1. The hard cap should not come into contact with water, and wigs should not be worn for extended periods.


2. The wigs are handmade, and may include minor imperfections such as slight glue marks, color differences, and asymmetr


3. Each mohair wig will have slight variations in curl, so no two wigs will be exactly the same. There may also be stray fibers within the wool, which is a normal occurrence. We appreciate your understanding.
