Return Policy
RETURN OR EXCHANGE
During the first 30 days after receiving your order, if you are not 100% satisfied with our service, feel free to return your device to us for a refund or an exchange. After this 30-day period, purchased products cannot be returned. Only the purchase on loveymom.com can return to us. Your payment card will be credited upon your receipt of the returned merchandise. Any item damaged due to reasons that are not included in the warranty cannot be qualified for a refund. Note: shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
MAINTENANCE WARRANTY
Our company guarantees the new instrument on the material and technological qualification for our products within 12 months and the accessories within 6 months since the purchasing day, while consumables are not included in the guarantee. This warranty is inapplicable to the products undergoing any modifications, disassembles, refittings or self-repairings without the permission of our company. We're not responsible of the products damaged by accidents such as fire, thunder and lightning, flood and other disasters, intentional damage, improper installation, and improper usage. If you need help with maintenance, or you want to purchase our product in large quantities, please contact us.
RETURNS
- Return Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as products that have been destroyed cannot be returned.
- Wedo not accept returns for Custom OOAK dolls or other specially customized handmade products (such as clothing made to fit your doll's size). Thank you for your understanding.
REFUNDS
- Refund Process: Please email us before you send back the items. We will refund you once we confirm your returned tracking number is valid. The processing time should be 3-5 business days.
- Refund Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please attach a photo of the items to us in email. We must confirm the status of the items. We will give you a response within 12 hours during business days, we will give you a response within 72 hours if weekends. Our team will offer you return and exchange guidance according to your specific requirements. Kindly let us know your purpose, then we will provide you the returned address.
2. Confirmation and Return Label
Our customer service team will confirm the product's condition and provide a return label. Please download and print this return label.
3. Prepare Your Package
Place the unused items in the original packaging along with the return label.
4. Shipping
All items (including all parts and attachments) must be returned to us via express delivery. Please ship the package using a reliable courier service such as USPS, FedEx, or any other courier of your choice to the address provided by our customer service team.
5. Get Your Refund
We will refund you once we confirm your returned tracking number is valid. The processing time should be 3-5 business days.

Customers need to return products to an appointed address. We will provide you with information of returns via E-mail. Different country or region has a different returned warehouse. After receiving returned goods, we will arrange a full refund and email you. Orders for returns require order number to be written on the outside of the package. Please inform us of your request of return within 30 business days after you receive the goods.
